This week‘s small step to a Lighter More Loving You is to LAUGH…to take your Merry Meds!

How is it going?  How many 151117_LEX_emoji-oxford-dictionary-word-of-year.jpg.CROP.rectangle2-mediumsmalldid you hit on Facebook?  Did you take some time to lower your blood pressure, increase those feel good hormones, boost your immune system, reduce your risk of cancer? What about reduce your stress or dispel anger?

Most of what we are working on with living a Whole Hearted Life is:

  • opening our hearts,
  • listening to our hearts,
  • discovering who we are,
  • realizing the seemingly mysterious part of us that is constant, divine, loving, yet covered over with fears, mis-perceptions,  and hurts.

I find it interesting that one of the ways to live Whole Heartedly is to laugh more.  This sounds like a lot more fun than intense psychotherapy.  So go for it!  Live a Lighter More Loving You by laughing.
