Piggybacking on last week’s task, Week 28’s Task of 50 Weeks to a Lighter More Loving You is to list 100 Ways to Love Your Self.
Yes, ONE HUNDRED!!!
Time to get out that journal again!
These are ways you can show your self love…things you can DO FOR YOU!
They can cost money or not…
- massage
- take your car through the car wash
- new pair of cozy socks
- new underwear
- fresh flowers
- light candles
- take a bubble bath
- read a magazine
- go for a walk in nature
- call a friend
- create something
- put on music and sing or dance
- use that good china
- make some popcorn and watch your favorite movie
- take a drive in the country
- wear sunscreen
- moisturize your body or hair
- take a nap
- drink more water
What do you love to do?
What can you do to show your self that you care and love you?
This maybe the most important list you ever make!
Many years ago I listed my 100. I’ve turned to it over and over through the years when life has become stressful or painful.
Your ONE HUNDRED can be a life line when you need it, and, as talked about in last week’s post, the ways in which you can grow a loving relationship with your self! If you don’t know how to love your self, start with the list and then start doing the things on your list.
Feel free to share some of your 100, as many may need ideas to get their thoughts going.
Cheering You on to a Whole 100 Ways Heart,
Barbara
