Week Three of 50 Weeks to a Lighter More Loving You: Fill Your Heart

This week’s small step to Lighter More Loving You is to FILL YOUR HEART.

Specifically, this week, focus on filling your heart by doing something loving for your BODY.

Nothing makes me feel lighter and more loving than when I’ve taken care of my physical body in some form:

  • pedicure
  • manicure
  • hair care
  • a relaxed walk
  • yoga
  • drinking enough water
  • teeth cleaning or whitening
  • yearly Doctor check up
  • hot bath
  • reading with tea/coffee and a good blanket
  • massage
  • facial
  • going to bed early
  • hydrating my whole body with lotion
  • meditation with cucumbers or tea bags on my eyes

Any of those sound wonderful?

What is it that your body is yearning for?

A good massage?

Quiet time reading?

This is your week.

Schedule that appointment.

Do something you usually DON’T do.

If you get pedicures routinely, try something else.  It doesn’t have to cost money.   When is the last time you took a bubble bath or went for a relaxing walk (not a power, got to burn calories walk)?
